My fav queer book this year, aside from Bellies, was obvs Cantoras that you must read!! Appreciate all the reminders of these books I need to get hold of and read - esp Billy-Ray Belcourt’s new one bc Minor Chorus was insane!
I really like this list! There's so much to explore and discover. Greta & Valdin, Housemates, and Dancing on My Own are all on my TBR!
Some of the queer books I've read this year: Hunger (Roxane Gay); Leg: The Story of a Limb and the Boy Who Grew from It (Greg Marshall); Congratulations, the Best is Over! (R. Eric Thomas); Family Meal (Bryan Washington); Henry, Henry (Allen Bratton); A Scatter of Light (Malinda Lo); The Man Who Ate Too Much: The Life of James Beard (John Birdsall); and Love in the Big City (Sang Young Park).
just finished Homebodies, devoured it in a day so so so good!!! I’m going to recommend The Cure for Drowning by Loghan Paylor, based on these I do think you’d enjoy!!

I love Raven Smith so much, he always makes me laugh. I wish more people knew about Men, it's brilliant!!

Similar to your year of Baldwin I’m having a year of André Aciman and I’m working through his books.
Side note: can’t wait for your review on Another Country it is my tied with Giovanni’s Room for my favorite Baldwin novel. Truly stunning.
